This machine is available in both automatic and manual versions.The bar bending machine consists of an electric motor, a clutch, a disc, a worm gear and an extension shaft. The electric motor transmits power to a gearbox that slows down and increases torque.Disc bends the rod with this gear. It can typically bend rods ranging from 6mm to 32mm. The auto-reverse and auto-advance mechanisms are also driven by an electrical system consisting of contactors and limit switches. The rod can be readjusted due to the springback effect.The bar bender consists of the following user-visible parts:
Center Roller ( This is the pulley on which the bar rotates, which itself remains stationary. Usually made of very strong aluminum or steel.
Adjustable Stopper
Indicator Light (This indicator light shows that the machine has power)
Main Switch
Angle Adjuster (There is a scale type or circular disc with holes around it) . You can adjust the angle or put a pin in each hole. Note that each hole usually represents an angle. There is usually only one option available for the angle adjuster)
Power Button On/ Off
Angle Stopper (Left & Right)
Emergency Stop Button
Plug-in for foot switch or other switch-on mechanism.
