The comprehensive range of Rammer offered by us is appreciated by our valued clients for light weight and can be available in various models. These are mainly used for concrete leveling and vacuum de-watering, and other construction purposes. Available in different specification, these can be offered as per the requirements of our valued clients.
Tamping rammer machine is mainly used for compacting various different types of soil in many kinds of construction scenarios. It’s operations includes applying impacts to the surface of the soil to level and apply force to compact it evenly. During the process of compaction, it eventually reduces the number of voids among the soil particles and hence increases the dry density of soil.
Our organisation is offering an extensive range of Rammer, which is precision engineered in accordance with defined industry standards. These rammer machines are compatible for paving block laying & industrial concrete flooring, therefore finds application for construction purposes. Known for features like sturdy and precise configuration, superior finish and rust resistance, we offer these earth rammer machines to our clients at most competitive pricing.

The crank mechanism transmits this motion to the shoe or foot via a spring built into the cylinder. This creates vibrations in the tamper’s feet. The fuel the engine uses can be petrol, diesel or compressed air. Therammer is designed to lean forward at a specific angle, allowing erratic forward movement during operation. Before you start the engine of the Tamping Rammer Machine, please make sure to apply the following pre-operation maintenance checks:
Always check the suspension cylinder sight glass directly above the shoe. Oil in the cylinder lubricates critical components. If the oil level is low, you will need to refer to your owner’s manual for the correct way to top up the oil.
Inspect bellows for holes or visible oil leaks. Remove dust caught in the crease. Inspect the rammer if you find any leaks or damage.
Locate the engine oil waste and fill the opening. Remove the stick and check the oil level. If oil is required, add oil according to the instructions in your rammer owner’s manual. When reading engine oil, make sure the rammer is on level ground and make sure no dirt gets into the crankcase when checking or topping up the oil.
Remove the engine guard to access the 4 stage air cleaner assembly. A driver is required to access the assembly. Remove the foam element under the cover and check it for dirt and dust. If necessary, clean or replace according to the instruction manual.
There is a wing nut under the foam. Remove this to access the air filter (paper element) and inspect it for debris. Replace if necessary.
Locate the gas cap on the fuel tank. Remove it and check the fuel level.
